Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Parakkat Nature Hotel & Resorts, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to offer flexibility while ensuring fair practices for our boutique property.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a 100% penalty of the total reservation cost.

Peak Season & Holidays

During peak holiday periods (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year), all bookings require a 100% non-refundable advance deposit. Cancellations or modifications during these dates are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
